Imagine resting in l'Albi's main plaza with this view of l'Artesania (the Craft) retreat center. This quiet Catalonia village is L'Albi, nestled in the foothills of the Prades mountains, just thirty minutes from the Mediterranean. The Iglesia's bell tower chimes in the background. **The All-Inclusive Retreat Experience at l'Artesania **
Rest
- Connect to yourself, the mountains and sea, and other adventurers via restful individual and group guided meditation, stretching, and movement
- Practice rest in various ways

- Engage in day trips including Monserrat's mountain peaks, Poblet Monastery, Lleida's historic La Seu Vella Cathedral, Tarragona's seaside Roman ruins, and the quaint mountain village of Prades
- Stroll through villages enjoying architecture and historic churches, picking up fresh baked goods and espresso

Returning to live full-time in L’Albi, Spain, Holly and Massi are wonderful resources for navigating language & cuisine, and an off-the-beaten-path
cultural experience. Holly, an artist and writer, has years of experience teaching a meditative art journaling process to artists and non-artists alike.
