Over the years we (Courtney and Dee) celebrate that our friendship has become one of those spaces. Together, we’ve built a container where we can grow, stumble, celebrate, and support each other without judgment.

Ya know how you feel around friends and colleagues who truly see and celebrate you? 

Yeah, that's the magic. 

We hold high expectations for ourselves and for the way we show up in the world—both in our communities and with one another. Yet, those expectations are not about being flawless; they’re about being real, present, and committed to growth.

Our friendship has grown to include business partnership as well, and we've learned how to hold space for one another— and our clients—to be ourselves, embrace our unique brilliance, and have room to become who we are growing into.

In the midst of busy lives, endless responsibilities, and constant noise, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves.

Sometimes, we need to step away—to unplug, breathe deeply, and reconnect with who we are at our core. Our upcoming retreat offers exactly that: a chance to pause, rest, and rediscover yourself in a setting designed for reflection, growth, and renewal.

What to Expect

Rest

• Connect to yourself, the mountains and sea, and others via individual and group activities.
• Find options for practicing healing and holistic rest.
• Engage in creative and accessible journaling, meditation, and art.
  

• Access meditation, mindfulness, and movement practices.

• Experience magnificent Spanish culture via food and excursions from Catalunya’s coastal mountains to the Mediterranean Sea.
• Engage in day trips including Monserrat's mountain peaks, Poblet Monastery, Lleida's historic La Seu Vella Cathedral, and Tarragona's seaside Roman ruins.
• Stroll through small villages enjoying architecture, bakeries, historic churches, and coffee shops.
