Selma Tucker is the principal of GSO Solutions (GSO), a black-owned, mission-driven agency focused on building “trust funds” between working-class communities and the institutions that serve them for their shared, future prosperity. GSO helps organizations grow and practice equity through better service and economic development models that encourage residents to gain tangible and emotional ownership in work that impacts their community.
