Ken Miguel-Cipriano is the director of Public Agency. Ken is a seasoned innovation lead and project manager with a background spanning tech startups to, most recently, city government with the City of Grand Rapids as a mobility analyst. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Critical Anthropology from the University of Michigan. They see problem sets as intersecting components embedded into multiple adjacent systems. Ken mindfully applies a combination of human-centered design, data analysis, systems thinking, and ethnographic research when addressing unique problem sets.
