Connect to your breath

What do I write about just prior to the 2024 US election?

Hope. Fear. Rage. Action. Learning. So many options. Yet I choose one thing: love.

I choose love instead of fear.

Love.

Recenter on love, over and over again.

Love toward healing.
Love toward liberation.
Love toward rest.
Love toward breath.

The transformational power of love, collectively and individually won't lead us astray. Love is a wild force of justice. Breath fuels us and heals.

I can't take credit for this. I've learned this from Trisha Hersey, the Nap Bishop, and from my coach and meditation mentor Tovi Scruggs-Hussein.

Practice is messy and beautiful. Rest is welcome, bringing healing and nourishment to brain, body, and spirit.

Breath is life.

I want more flourishing life, for you, for us all.

Please join me in this short guided meditation, caring for yourself by centering on your breath.

May you show yourself kindness and love, friends.

Let's breathe. Let's heal. Let's change the world with love toward liberation individually and collectively.

Fellow leaders and learners, I wish you courage, rest, and beloved community for the journey.

Together we catalyze a brave, bold, and liberatory future.
