Greetings friends,
When I launched Leadership and Learning Letters in 2021, I would never have guessed that thousands of you would find my blog supportive of your leadership, learning, and liberation journey.
This year brought a lot of change, including the launch of [L3 Catalyst Group](https://l3catalystgroup.com/). Thank you for joining me on this messy journey. I look forward to continuing in courageous, connected, and liberatory community with you in 2024 and beyond!
Years ago, when I was petrified to write, my voice coach encouraged me to write a manifesto. I've redrafted it for 2024:
Listening feels like
Growth and grapple
Head tilts of curiosity
Shedding my knowing
Curious about your why
Holding complexity in community
Wondering about the possibilities
Courageous lack of certainty
To see sparks
Toward growth
In interconnected community
With a soft heart and strong back
To feel the depths of knowing we aren’t alone
As we share struggles, celebrations, and learning
To get to know ourselves
Expressing our light
Moving to build bridges and bring justice
Embodying curiosity, creativity, and fearlessness
To eschew perfection
Hold tension and complexity
To thrive
For liberation
